Home Construction Loan Specialist TD Bank

I really loved this course. This valuable content is presented in a concise professional, "get right to the point" manner. I learned a lot of new things and quickly. I look forward to future courses when they become available. Many times home owners "don’t know what they don’t know" when planning and carrying out their home renovation projects. The knowledge gained from these courses will help save them many times more than the cost of the course. Handling a home renovation project can be very rewarding, provides a lot of personal satisfaction, and can even be fun. Having this knowledge upfront is the best way to make that happen. i highly recommend The Reno Teacher.

Alex Caviness

Alex Caviness has over 30 years experience in the Home Improvement industry. He’s a third generation builder, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather were builders. The extensive experience and exposure allowed Mr. Caviness begin contracting his own jobs at 24 years old. After, getting married and starting a family of his own it was easier to work for someone else than to be a Residential Renovation Contractor. He acquired a position as a Project Manager in NYC managing projects with an average value of 12M dollars. To further his career he became a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified by the Project Management Institute. That and completing a Project Management Certification program at Boston University gave him a whole new suite of tools. After managing larger projects for a couple of different construction companies, he wondered how he could apply what he learned on larger projects to Home Renovation Projects. His strong desire to protect Home Renovation clients from predatory and/or incompetent contractors led him to devise a system that benefits both the owner and the contractor.
